※ Overseas delivery is not allowed.
※ The basic shipping fee is 3,000 won. Free shipping on orders over 30,000 won.
Free shipping items are free shipping regardless.
(Individual island areas may incur additional costs.)
-Delivery will be sent out the next day if your order / payment is completed before 3pm, Mon ~ Fri.
-Delivery may be delayed 2 ~ 3 days due to manufacturer, bad weather, courier delivery, holiday.
(Sundays / holidays / holidays are not included in the delivery period.)
-Jeju Island and shipping areas may incur additional freight charges, and do not ship on Fridays.
-You can send out 3 days before the courier's holiday.
-Cancellation or change of address after placing an order (+82 70-4154-0523)

Exhange / Return Guide
If exchange / return is possible
-Exchange / Return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt.
(If the product is opened, used or damaged within 7 days, it is not possible to return it.)
-Except for the case in which the delivered goods are different from the order details, the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer at the remedy of customer's remorse, personal circumstances and address error.

If exchange / return is not possible
-Any return that is not negotiated with the seller may be rejected for exchange / return.
-If 7 days have passed since the completion of delivery, exchange, return, or refund will not be possible
-If the product is damaged due to the customer's reason, if the product is damaged due to incorrect storage, exchange / return is not possible.
-If a product that is difficult to resell or the value of a product decreases significantly over time, exchange / return is not possible.
